The thing I love the most about food is that it brings people together and creates connection. Seeing the joy on peoples faces when they tuck into the food I have created for them, makes all the hard work worth it!

I founded JGK after leaving my role as Head Chef at Forest Green Rovers in 2023, the world’s only vegan football club.

Over six incredible years there, I cooked for professional athletes, catered for 400+ guests on match days, ran and cooked for large-scale events, delivered cooking workshops for local schools, and appeared on TV shows and the news, working alongside some incredible TV personalities.
It was an amazing experience that shaped my career.

JGK today is a thriving wedding and events catering business, recognised by top venues and trusted to cater weddings, retreats, and corporate events.

Since launching in May 2023, my calendar has quickly filled with celebrations of all kinds. I absolutely love what I do - bringing people together over delicious, nourishing food while also helping to open people’s eyes to just how tasty vegan and vegetarian food can be.

JGK originally launched as a fully vegan catering company, in late 2025, in response to client requests, I’ve expanded the menu to include some high-quality, sustainably sourced dairy options, allowing me to cater more flexibly while remaining proudly plant-led.
