Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all catering services provided by Jade’sGreenKitchen. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Enquiries do not confirm a booking.

  • A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received.

  • Deposits secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

2. Menu & Dietary Information

  • Menus are seasonal and may change based on ingredient availability.

  • We provide vegetarian catering, with menus designed to delight all guests.

  • Clients must notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 7 days before the event.

  • The client must provide a guest count no later than 14 days before the event. Any increase in guest count within 2 days of the event will be invoiced to the client after the event.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the client is responsible for the full contract price.

  • We recommend reviewing your booking carefully before confirming.

4. Event Responsibility

  • Jade’s Green Kitchen provides prepared vegetarian and vegan catering only.

  • We are not responsible for event setup, venue arrangements, or other suppliers. Unless agreed otherwise upon booking.

  • Please ensure there is suitable space for delivery and storage of food.

  • Client to provide the caterer with access to the venue and parking on site as close to the kitchen as possible to ensure staff can unload/load the van.

  • Client to provide the caterer with an out of sight, food prep area with electricity and running water.

  • The caterer is not responsible for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond their control.

5. Photos & Marketing

  • We may use photographs of our food or events for marketing purposes.

  • If you prefer your event not to be featured, please let us know in advance.

6. Liability

  • The caterer is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries or damages resulting from the consumption of food or beverages provided at the event.

  • Client is responsible for informing guests to inquire about allergens.

  • Guests dietary requirements to be confirmed to the caterer as the same time as the final headcount.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during booking will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
